Christina Allen
is a Senior Staff Lead Teacher at the Light Body School of the Four Winds Society, founded by Alberto Villoldo. Classically trained in physics, neuroscience and yoga, her brings a balanced perspective on energy medicine to her passionate teaching.  She works at the level of the soul to break the larger mythic patterns that shape and distort our lives, and realigns us with our original destinies.
